PROTOCOL CHANGES & REVIEWS
If your Western treatment plan or circumstances have changed, please let us know as Michael may want to review, adjust, or change your current protocol to ensure your adjunct herb and supplement program is fully compatible and integrated into any new changes or circumstances.

Please contact us to let us know about your changes. Protocol changes can often be done over email.

IMPORTANT: Protocol changes or reviews are generally not included as part of your paid consultation. Please contact us to discuss fees before making a request for a protocol review.

HERBS AND SUPPLEMENTS
As a convenience to you, we stock thousands of high-quality herbs and supplements that are rigorously tested. We ship daily or you can pick-up in person. We can also leave items for you in our mailbox outside for after-hours pick-up, too. You can place an order on our website, by phone, or over email.

THE RED BOX
Many of Michael's protocols will refer to a "Pine Street Traditional Chinese Formula," "Customized Chinese Formula," or something similar. This is a formula that comes from Michael and is made available upon request. Please allow 24-hours notice for this formula. If placing an order for this through our website, this formula is simply referred to as the red box. (We then let Michael know you've ordered one when we see that come through on your order.)
