Chargeback Fees

Whenever you dispute a credit or debt transaction with your bank, this is known as a "chargeback."

Filing a dispute with your bank against us is never necessary as we are always reachable by phone and email to resolve any billing questions or issues. Our contact information is always included on your credit card statement or is available by asking your bank.

When you file a dispute in error, we are automatically fined $25 by your bank.

If you filed a dispute with your bank in error:

• You must call your bank immediately to let them know your dispute was filed in error
• You must sign an electronic statement confirming that the dispute was filed in error
